Elizabeth Terminal
Opening hours
Elizabeth Terminal opens at 06:00, and closes either when the last passenger vessel has departed or 21:00 (winter) / 22:00 (summer) – whichever is earlier.
The Harbour Café is open at the following times:
- winter: 08:00 - 18:00, 7 days a week (full menu available 08:00 - 16:00)
- summer: 07:30 - 20:00, 7 days a week (full menu available 07:30 - 20:00)
The Harbour Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00 (winter) and 10:00 to last sailing (summer). Sandwiches are available from the Harbour Bar when the café is closed.
All of the above times are subject to sailing times and passenger numbers.

Facilities available to passengers at the Elizabeth Terminal include:

Condor Ferries operates regular passenger and car ferry services to the following destinations:
- Portsmouth
- St Malo

Departing from Elizabeth Terminal
Foot passengers
Foot passengers must check-in no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled sailing. Once you’ve received your boarding cards, you should wait in the main hall until you’re called though to security. You should listen carefully to any announcements.
Car passengers
Car passengers must check-in no later than 1 hour before the scheduled sailing. Once you’ve received your boarding cards, you’ll be directed to a lane.
If you leave your car to go to the terminal, you must ensure you listen carefully to any announcements.
Approximately 40 minutes before departure, cars will go through to security. Cars with disabled passengers must switch on their hazard lights when approaching security.
Arriving at Elizabeth Terminal
On arrival in the terminal building, passengers from Saint Malo will be required to clear immigration. UK passengers and cleared international passengers will then proceed into the baggage reclaim / arrivals hall.
Transferring to small ferries to Sark, Guernsey, Carteret and Granville
Passengers transferring to small ferries to Sark, Guernsey, Carteret and Granville should follow the blue line to the right of the main entrance.
Public parking
The car park at Elizabeth Terminal has 90 spaces available, with 24 hour access. Paycards must be used in this car park between the hours of 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays).
The underground car park at the Waterfront complex (approximately 2 minutes walk away) has over 120 spaces, with 24 hour access. This is a collect ticket and pay on exit car park.
There are also a few time restricted 30 minutes and 1 hour spaces. Parking discs must be used in these spaces.
Buses / taxis / hire cars
There is a bus stop approximately 20 feet from the terminal. A regular service runs to the central bus station.
A taxi rank is situated approximately 50 feet from the terminal, or taxis can be booked prior to arrival.
Europcar has a depot at the terminal. Other hire car companies will meet passengers at the terminal and transfer them to their depot.
